Rates & Insurance

Rates
$125 per 45 minute session. The first session is $175 and includes the assessment .  Payment is due at time of service.  If someone else is paying for your therapy, I will need a Release of Information from you with their name to bill them for your therapy.

Reduced Fee

A reduced fee for services is available on a limited basis for those with a financial need.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Insurance
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), license number T1088 (Oregon), and a Licensed Professional Counselor, license number C3949 (Oregon), Licensed Mental Health Counselor LH 60637085 (Washington), Licensed Marrige and Family Therapist Associate MG 60636985 (Washington).  Payment is due at time of service and I will provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Check with your individual insurance policy to verify coverage and deductible amounts.  Many people prefer to pay out of pocket rather than to have a mental health diagnosis on their permanent medical record.
